FESTIVAL GUIDELINES

Prohibited Items in campgrounds and property

  • Illegal drugs / drug paraphernalia — No illegal substances of any kind. Prescriptions must match name of prescription holder legal ID card.
  • Weapons — any weapons of any kind, including firearms
  • Fireworks of any kind or size
  • Glass bottles or containers of any kind
  • Excessive Alcohol in Campgrounds — No Kegs.  Two (2) cases of beer, Two (2) plastic bottles of 1.75 L liquor, Two (2) boxes of wine PER VEHICLE for patrons that are 21+ are permitted. NO GLASS.
  • Unlicensed vending
  • Glowsticks
  • Outside Firewood
  • Motorized vehicles (golf carts, ATVs, etc.)
  • Pets are strictly prohibited
  • Box trucks
  • Drones of any size
  • Paper Lanterns (aka Peace Lanterns, Sky Lanterns, or other floating lanterns)
  • Professional Cameras (ie.,those with removable lenses) and no video at all, without appropriate credentials
  • Helium or other pressurized gas tanks
  • Generators (whisper generators (60db or less) only, allowed in upgraded camping areas, no generators in primitive camping 
  • Public nudity is prohibited in the State of South Carolina
  • Offensive Items — Into the Woods reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to prohibit the display or exhibition of any item or message that Into The Woods deems to be offensive

 Prohibited Items inside venue/stage areas:

  • Illegal drugs / drug paraphernalia — No illegal substances of any kind. Prescriptions must match name of prescription holder legal ID card.
  • Backpacks and large bags are prohibited in the Show Field. Bag policy:
    • Empty hydration packs that are less than 5” deep are permitted. No “cargo-carrying” hydration packs.
    • Bags smaller than 4.5” x 5.5” x 9” are allowed
    • Fanny packs are allowed
    • All bags will be searched upon entering the venue.
  • Any weapons of any kind
  • Coolers
  • Wagons
  • Glowsticks
  • Hammocks
  • Outside food or beverage
  • Tents or shade structures — small umbrellas are allowed, but only behind or even with the FOH/Soundboard.
  • Inflatable furniture and furniture larger than a standard lawn chair. Blankets and low-back chairs are allowed, but only behind “no chair zone”. No chairs or place holding.
  • Selfie sticks
  • Public nudity is prohibited in the State of South Carolina 
  • Mobile Totems and Flags 
  • Offensive Items — Into the woods reserves the right to prohibit the exhibition of any item that Into The Woods deems offensive.

Patrons are subject to search upon entering the Venue/stage area. Into the Woods is not responsible for confiscated items. Prohibited items subject to change.

** Into the Woods reserves the right, at all times and in the sole and absolute discretion of event organizers, either to deny any person entry into or to eject any person from the festival venue and/or the event site for violation of any festival event rules, including, but not limited to, seeking to bring into and/or possessing or using any prohibited items while on the festival venue and/or festival site. All such festival event rules may be updated or modified from time to time, with or without notice.
